The Highland Bookshop is an independent bookshop in Fort William, where it occupies a large and attractive traditional building right in the middle of the town's busy High Street...

The shop was set up by Kevin & Jayne Ramage, owners of the award winning Watermill Bookshop in Aberfeldy, in collaboration with Angus MacDonald, a Lochaber-based author and entrepreneur.

The Highland Bookshop has an extensive stock across all subject areas, including fiction, nature, Scottish and children's, serving the local community and visitors. Our Outdoor lounge hosts the largest selection of outdoor books in Scotland.
